It’s that time of year again. Time to start your official training for the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT). Hopefully you’re not waiting until the last minute. If you are, then it may be too late. Below is a 6 week PFT training schedule for those that take their duty as a Marine serious. For those that don’t take it serious, then click here for motivation.
